An Indian doctor who was held by Australian police in connection with last month failed car bomb attacks in Britain is flying back to India after all charges against him were dropped. The Dr Mohamed Haneef was released from prison on Friday after nearly four weeks in custody. Doctor Haneef always denied any knowledge of the bomb plots. The Australian charges were dropped after a review of the evidence by the chief prosecutor who said there had been mistakes in the investigation. But the Australian immigration minister Kevin Andrews says he still has suspicions against the doctor.

　　The fact that he's been laid out into the community as he has been as a fact that it's an appeal implies which he says his innocent coming up in just a week's time. That his lawyers indicated to my department, as soon as possible, they wanted to get out of the stride as soon as possible If anything, that actually heightens rather than lessens my suspicion.
