雅思口試指導：美食，金槍魚乳酪沙拉

Ingredients:
　　材料：
　　* 80-100 g Canned tuna fish

　　* 4 pcs Romaine
　　* 4葉生菜 　　* 80 g Cucumber
　　* 80尅黃瓜
　　* 1/2 pc Tomato wedges
　　* 1/2個西紅柿，切成半月狀
　　* 10-12 pcs Olives, cut into rings

　　* 50 g Feta
　　* 50尅羊乳酪
　　* Onion
　　* 洋蔥 )
　　* Salt&Pepper to taste
　　* 鹽和衚椒（隨好）
　　Oregano Vinaigrette:
　　俄勒岡醋汁：
　　* 2 tbsp Olive oil
　　* 2大勺橄欖油
　　* 1 tbsp Lemon juice
　　________3.__________
　　* 1/2 tsp Dried oregano (½ tbsp, if fresh one used)
　　* 1/2小勺乾俄勒岡香草（新鮮用1/2大勺）
　　Method / 做法:
　　1. Cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly.
　　1. 黃瓜削皮，去籽，然後切成1寸塊狀。把醋汁的所有原料調勻。
　　2. Place the lettuce and cucumber in a salad bowl. Arrange the tomato wedges around the dish. Top with the olive rings, tuna, feta and onion rings.
　　2. 把生菜，黃瓜先鋪入沙拉碗。西紅柿圍圈擺放。然後把橄欖圈，金槍魚和乳酪擺在沙拉上麪。
　　3. Chill and serve with the prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
　　3. 入冰箱冰鎮，食用時配上醋汁。鹽和衚椒粉調味。
