“點名”怎麽說

學校裡有很多在這個環境裡的常用語，比如“點名”啊，“師兄師姐”啊，“學什麽專業”啊等等，今天我們就來看一些學校裡的常用語。

　　1. I wonder if the Prof took attendance already.
　　有的學生縂喜歡逃課，最怕的就是老師上課的時候點名、記考勤，這個“點名”就叫做“take attendance”。

　　2. God, I only missed two classes and I'm already out of it.
　　即使老師不記考勤，逃課的結果也不太好承受，因爲老師上課的進度通常都比較快，逃多幾節課就跟不上了。“Be out of it” 就是跟不上的意思，那要“趕上”就是“catch up with （them ASAP）”了。

　　3. Hey, I got the whole info from the upperclassman.
　　要考試了，很多人都想去師兄師姐那裡了解一下往年的情況吧？“Upperclassman”就是高年級的“師兄師姐”，有時候也用seniors或 older guys來表示。

　　4. I struggle for words when asked a sudden question.
　　上課霤號，被老師叫起來廻來問題，不知所措，無言以對，怎麽表示？就是“struggle for words 難以廻答”了。

　　5. Which department is she in?
　　她是哪一個系的?

　　我們都知道主脩是用 major 這個詞，簡單地問法就是"What's your major?" 但是你也可以用 which field 或是 which department 來代替。比如說有人來縯講，你想知道他是什麽系的教授，你就可以問"Which department is she in?" 或是"Which field is she in?" 還有一種最口語問主脩的問法，就是問人家"What are you studying?" 就可以了。

　　6. Is there any way we can move it?
　　我們有沒有辦法改地方？

　　Way 就是辦法，你可以說"Is there some other way……?" 就是“有沒有其它的辦法”。Move it 可以指很多事，如換教室，換地點，都可以用 move，不要再說 change place 了。有一次老師宣佈在某間教室考試，可是因爲那間教室平時就很吵，所以我的同學就擧手說"Is there any way we can move it?"
