“出境遊目的國”

17日早晨8時30分，港中旅國際旅行社組織的25名遊客搭乘美聯航UA880飛赴夏威夷，拉開赴美國旅遊大幕。自17日開始，北京市旅行社組織的赴美遊首發團陸續出發，中旅、康煇國旅、國旅縂社、中青旅以及港中旅組織的近300市民搶先一步美國嘗鮮。

　　The two governments signed a memorandum of understanding （MOU） last December, which allows Chinese tourist groups to travel in the US.

　　兩國政府在去年十月簽署了一份諒解備忘錄，允許中國公民組團赴美旅遊。

　　The MOU saw the US granted"Approved Destination Status" after years of negotiation, making it the 134th country on China's approved list.

　　隨著該諒解備忘錄的簽署，美國終於在幾年的協商之後開放成爲中國第134個“公民出境遊目的國”。

　　上述報道中，Approved Destination Status就是我們所說的“公民出境遊目的國”，也叫Authorized Destination Status，簡稱ADS. memorandum of understanding是“諒解備忘錄”，由此衍生，“郃作備忘錄”就是memorandum of cooperation了。
