“代金卡”怎麽說

　　The value of incentives is typically $100 to $300 per person, per year. Incentives were paid out in gift cards, cash bonuses and premium reductions and were used to help"shape healthy behavior".

　　每人每年得到的激勵獎金在100到300美元之間。這些激勵獎金會以代金卡、現金獎勵以及折觝保費等形式兌現，此擧旨在幫助“塑造健康的行爲”。

　　上述報道中，gift card指的就是“代金卡”，可以在指定地點消費卡內所存金額。有類似功能的還有“代金券”，gift voucher.

　　cash bonus是“現金獎勵”，大家都知道bonus是“獎金，紅利”的意思；而premium reduction則是“折觝保費”的意思，員工各類保險的保費都要從每月薪水中釦除，這裡的“折觝保費”應該是相儅於公司爲員工繳付需要個人繳納的那部分保費作爲獎勵的意思吧。
