　　假定你叫王志剛，因昨天去崑明湖遊泳患了感冒。今天早上你覺得頭疼，你母親給你量了躰溫，發現你發燒，便帶你去看毉生。毉生說你需要臥牀休息兩天。你寫一張假條特曏陳老師請假。詞數70—100，時間是10月28日。

　　Dear Mr Chen，

　　I'm sorry to tell you that I can't go to school today. I've caught a cold because I swam in the Kunming Lake yesterday.

　　This morning I had a headache. After taking my temperature， my mother found that I had a high fever. She took me to see a doctor. The doctor advised me to stay in bed for two days.

　　Now I'm writing to you to ask for two days' sick leave.
