英語應用文寫作之投訴信(Letters of Complaint)

社交書信包括的內容很多，如邀請信、推薦信、介紹信、証明信、賀信、感謝信等等。寫社交書信時切記如下幾點：

　　（1）所有的社交書信都有明確的目的。因此，寫社交書信時要一矢中的。

　　（2）不要寫不相乾的事。

　　（3）寫上必不可少的事實，如時間、地點等。

　　（4）不要在一封信中將商務與社交混爲一談。

　　証明信（Certificate）

　　証明信包括下列幾項：

　　（1）你是以什麽資格了解被証明人或被証明公司的。

　　（2）你認識被証明人或被証明公司有多久了。

　　（3）被証明人或被証明公司的可靠性和能力如何。
