　　Nevertheless， most people hold an opposite concept over what lottery has brought about； it does more good than harm and the value of it should not be underestimated. First and fore most， aiming at devoting to the social welfare project， the nature of lottery distinguished itself from gamble. Secondly， this business is healthy and safe on the whole. A two-yuan lottery ticket's attraction is limited that an ambitious gambler will never reckon on it to make profit. East but no least， though a person may buy lottery tickets in order to seize a chance to seek private gain initially， he will be touched and happy when he sees what he has done helps persons such as the disabled and orphans a lot. So to speak， lottery plays a part in purifying one's heart and helping to promote the construction of spiritual civilization.
