　　A: How is the impact strength related to static strength?
　　B: They are usually inversely proportional.

　　2.Material certification 材料証明
　　A: Do we have incoming self certification?
　　B: Yes, but we still need to do sampling test of the materials.

　　3.Quality inspection 質量檢查
　　A: Why does the quality inspection in your plant?
　　B: We have a quality department with five inspectors.
　　A：你們工廠誰來做質量檢查工作？
　　B：我們有質保部，有五個質檢員。
　　4.Root cause 根本原因
　　A: Did you learn root cause analysis?
　　B: Yes, I did.

　　B: I plan to take one sample every half hour, for two consecutive days.
