　　 Amanda: Hi, Aduh, my name's Amanda.
　　 Linger: Amanda's a history student from America. She knows all about American democracy.
　　 Amanda: I used to study electoral politics.
　　 Linger: I brought her to convince you that it's important to vote.
　　 Amanda: Before people voted, they had no choice in their government.
　　 Linger: See? She's really smart.
　　 Amanda: In the beginning, only white males who owned land could vote.
