(4)Not only Mr Wang but also Mr Li has been to the USA.(就近原則）

2.so that/so...that

(1)We work hard so that we can pass the coming exam.(爲了通過即將到來的考試，我們努力學習)

(2)She walked so fast that I couldn't follow her.(她走得太快，我跟不上)

3.阻止。。。做。。。

(1)stop sb. (from) doing sth. (2)prevent sb. (from) doing sth. (3)keep sb. from doing sth.
4.數詞的用法

(1)Many thousands of trees must be planted every year.

(2)There are five thousand workers in this factory.

(3)Six hundred of the victims are from India.(受害者中的600位是印度人）

5.（1）We must plant the trees around the lake.(變爲被動語態)

The trees must be planted around the lake.

(2)Students should listen to the teachers carefully.(變爲被動語態）

The teachers should be listened to carefully by students.

6.There are twenty more trees to be planted.=There are another twenty trees to be planted.

7.Is the man tall? More or less.

We feel more or less tired.(我們感覺有點累)
