“經濟適用房”

北京市新的廉租房和經濟適用房琯理辦法28日起實施，宣武區陶然亭街道207戶住房睏難群衆有幸成爲保障性住房政策調整的第一批受益人。那麽，“經濟適用房”怎麽說呢？

　　She has lived with her husband and son at her parents-in-law's house - a shabby bungalow little more than 20 sq m - since her marriage 20 years ago.

　　報道中說，家住北京宣武區的田滿素搖號分到了一套經濟適用房。她說：“我特別高興成爲第一批受益人！” 田滿素告訴記者，結婚20年了，她和丈夫、兒子以及公婆一家五口一直住在公婆的一套20多平方米的房子裡，已經住了20年。

　　這裡，“affordable house”就是“經濟適用房”；廉租房可以說“low-rent house”。
