(Senior) Data Analyst

● You will cooperate with business colleagues and product managers, define data requirements, set up a general business and product supervision indicator system, and be responsible for the implementation of the data indicator system with continuously evaluation and optimization;

● You will support various daily statistical analysisreports, market analysis data reports, AB test analysis reports and other data analysis reports according to business needs and product needs;

● You will provide management, business and product managers with valuable suggestions and reports for business development, market operation and product iteration through data insights;

● You will cooperate with the data team to convert valuable data indicators into automated and intelligent dashboards;

● You will cooperate with the algorithm team to formulate effective product/content recommendation model indicators and algorithms, continuously optimize the model to provide users with a better experience, and convert them into actual user value and business value

● You have a bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience;

●  Minimum 3 years or above proven work experience in data analysis;

● You have product, data analysis/operation experience for large-scale products;

● You are familiar with Firebase, Google Analytics and other data statistics and visualization tools;

● You are familiar with data analysis and processing languages such as SQL and Python, and understand basic machine learning algorithms

● You have proven ability to simplify and navigate in highly ambiguous situations;

● You have the ability to wear multiple hats (business, technical, design) to communicate and manage stakeholders;

● You Speak English and Mandarin fluently and can communicate professionally with ease;
