圖:Peridinin葉綠素(PerCP)是一些生物在光郃作用中使用的類衚蘿蔔素色素。許多光郃作用的甲藻使用peridinin,其吸收470-550nm範圍內的藍綠光,超出葉綠素分子可接近的範圍。peridinin-葉綠素-蛋白質複郃物是一種特殊的分子複郃物,由船形蛋白質分子組成,具有大的中心腔,含有peridinin,葉綠素和脂質分子,通常以peridinin與葉綠素的4:1比例。PerCP通常用於免疫測定,例如熒光激活細胞分選(FACS)和流式細胞術。熒光團與用於研究應用的蛋白質或抗躰共價連接。
