即便是公司所有者也有老板，出錢使他們能夠達成目標的投資人就是。如果所有者是自籌資金，他們也需要讓客戶和雇員高興。要確保成本可以接受，目標能夠達成，他們不能逃避責任。即使某個人從事的工作是獨一無二的，也要有人來確保他承擔起相應責任。

Even a company’s owners have bosses, in their case, the investors whose money is being spent to achieve their goals. If the owners are self-funded, they still have to make their clients and employees happy. And they can’t escape the responsibility of making sure that their costs are acceptable and their goals are being met. Even if a person’s job is unique, some-one needs to be holding them accountable at all times.
