He has devoted himself to the study of resilience and posttraumatic growth, as well as applied hermeneutics, topics on which he based his doctoral research at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he graduated as Doctor of Philosophy. He currently teaches at the university and conducts psychotherapy for adults and couples.He is a member of the Society of Writers of Chile. Among his poetic works we can highlight: 'Dios Mendigo.
