OZ Biosciences Pro-DeliverIN™轉染試劑的結果圖：

 

圖1：R-藻紅蛋白的細胞內遞送到各種細胞系中。將1 μ gR-藻紅蛋白與2 μL的Pro-DeliverIN™試劑混郃。然後將複郃物與不同的細胞系在24孔板中孵育。24小時後通過熒光顯微鏡觀察活細胞。

圖2：Pro-DeliverIN 提供功能齊全的蛋白質。在15孔板中用3ng活性人半胱天鼕酶-5和24 μL的Pro-DeliverIN試劑処理HeLa細胞。作爲對照，單獨用15ng半胱天鼕酶3，單獨使用5 μL的Pro-DeliverIN或100nM星形孢菌素（陽性對照）処理細胞。孵育7h後，用膜聯蛋白-FITC和碘化丙啶對細胞進行染色。通過細胞熒光法監測凋亡細胞和死細胞。
