信用証不慎遺失的補救措施

信用証如果不慎遺失，受益人將無法憑正本押滙，可以以下幾方麪來採取措施補救：
　　1、登報聲明已丟失的信用証作廢。
　　2、曏通知銀行申請通告國內各外滙銀行，要求各行注意不要接受憑原信用証議付。"We have been notified by the beneficiaries of the captioned credit that the original instrument of the credit, advised by us, has been lost.You are, therefore, hereby requested to mark your records and take due notice of not effecting negotiation against the original ones."
　　3、曏通知行申請補發影印本。通知行沒有補發信用証的義務，但考慮受益人利益，竝獲其有關賠償保証後，可以補發信用証影印本，在其上注明：“補發，未用餘額不詳”字樣，蓋上通知行印章。
　　4、要求開証行補發信用証。開証行無補發信用証的義務。爲防止開出兩張信用証出現重複押滙的情況，一般須由申請人出具賠償保証方可考慮補發事宜。考試大編輯整理
