經典例句Behind an able man there are always other able men. 山外有山，人外有人。

詞滙辨析able,capable,competent:

able 表示“行得通的”或“做得到的”，在表示“才能”之意時比;capable表達的才能更強；

capable 指人的潛能或經訓練後而具備的工作能力；

competent 指一個人有能力去完成某項特定任務。

注意：capable可用於表示貶義的才能。
