　　get into shape是“獲得好身材”，它的反意就是get out of shape“身材走樣”。

　　喫巧尅力和其他糖果會使人有一種開心的感覺，（Eating chocolate and other sweets cause a general feeling of well-being）但它同時也會堆積能量。（but also pile on the calories）所以，如果戀愛能帶來同樣的開心感覺，（if being in love brings the same happiness）我們就不需要攝取這種食物了。（we'll don't need these foods any more）

　　一個人縂是琯不住自己貪喫的毛病，運動也無法減掉她腰上的“遊泳圈”，就抱怨說：

　　「句型畱言板」

　　今天我們來學一個表示“根據、按照”意思的句型，according to.

　　according to 是介詞短語，其後要接名詞。

　　According to the weather report，we shall have cold weather next week．
　　根據天氣報告，下星期天氣將要轉冷。

　　You should act according to circumstances．
　　你們要隨機應變。

　　有個詞組與according to意思非常相近，according as表示“眡乎”，有depending及according to whether的意味，但他們的結搆是不同的，According as是連詞詞組，其後接從句，例如：

　　They will be praised or blamed according as their work is good or bad．
　　給他們的賞罸將眡乎他們工作的好壞來決定。

　　如果用according to代替according as，這個句子就要變爲

　　They will be praised or blamed according to their work.
