私人和公務信函——注意事項

　　首先，寫信者應設身処地想到對方，尊重對方的風俗習慣。

　　其次，英文信應該行文流暢、言簡意賅，避免冗長。這就是說，寫信者應用盡可能少的文字表達其必須傳遞的信息，而且寫信者應將其所需傳遞的信息表達清楚，以免對方産生誤解。書信交往，同樣需要以禮待人。因而在寫信過程中，要避免傷害對方感情，措辤上多選用些禮貌婉轉詞語。
