　　With the widespread use of the computer， the Internet is never strange to us. It has become a necessary part of our daily life. In my opinion， we can benefit a lot from the Internet. For instance， we can get most information we need. And with the help of the Internet， we can readily send e-mails to our friends any time and wherever they are. It is not a question any more where they are so long as they have computers. The Internet makes the whole world seem smaller and smaller. Besides those， we can also listen to music and watch films on it. For all these reasons， it's taken for granted that the Internet has become the apple of our eyes.

　　However， just as a coin has two sides， the Internet may also do harm to us if we don't use it properly. Are you addicted to Internet games？ if you are， you'd better stop it. Too many young people spend too much of their precious time in net-bars to play net-games. Isn't it a waste of time？ What is worse still is that in order to get enough money to play net-games， some youngsters even commit theft， Besides， the Internet is such a convenient tool that it may make us lazy， For example， when you want to write an essay， you simply turn on the computer， type the key word， and click the mouse， In this way， you get whatever information you need， You copy what you need and it becomes your own without any hard work on your part. 　　As for me， I often use the Internet like many other young people. I use it to search for useful information to enrich my knowledge， to listen to music to cultivate my character， and to send e-mails to friends. I never play games on itt only because I don't like it at all. But I don't object others' playing the internet games. The point is that one should know better than to get obsessed with playing games. All in all， the Internet can certainly do us more good than harm so long as we use it properly.
