I can't wait to see it.（我迫不及待要看。）

　　I can't wait to see it 是表示迫不及待要看個究竟，說這句話時通常是懷著興奮的心情。

　　I t was my daughter's birthday last Friday. After having a meal at her favourite restaurant, she asked me what birthday present I had bought for her. I told her that it was a surprise she had to guess what it was before she could have it. After blindfolding her with a handkerchief, I placed the gift on the table and started giving her some hints:"It is something you like";"It is something you can use;…"She made many guesses but none were correct. At last, she said,"Daddy please take away the handkerchief,"I can't wait to see it."

　　這裡的blindfolding是blindfold的動名詞，其意思是"用佈矇著眼睛使之不能看見".
