　　1.Application of patent 申請專利
　　A: When should I apply for a patent if I have an invention？
　　B: It has to be within one year after you've shown your invention publicly.
　　A：如果我有一項發明，什麽時候適郃申請專利呢？
　　B：必須在公佈你的發明後一年內。
　　2.Award of patent 授予專利權
　　A: Have we got the award of patent?
　　B: Not yet. It will take another six months.
　　A：我們獲得專利權了嗎？
　　B：還沒有，還要再等六個月。
　　3.Expiration of patent 專利終止
　　A: When does the patent expire?
　　B: It depends on different countries. Some are ten years, and some are fifteen years.
　　A：專利什麽時候終止？
　　B：不同國家情況不同，有的是十年，有的是五十年。
　　4.Invention 發明
　　A: When you have an invention, how do you decide if you can apply for a patent?
　　B: There are three criterias. It has to be useful, novel, and not obvious.
　　A：如果你有一項發明，如何判斷是否可以申請專利呢？
　　B：有三個標準，必須有用、新穎、不顯而易見。
　　5.issue of patent 專利的授權
　　A: Who issues the patent?
　　B: In China, it is the Patent Bureau.
　　A：誰來授予專利？
　　B：在中國是專利侷。
