一爲名叫Richard Stewart的攝影師，正在拍攝一本名叫Family Album U.S.A（走遍美國）的攝影集。他穿行於大街小巷，鏡頭對準紐約城裡每一個陌生的麪孔……

　　Richard:Excuse me. My name is Richard Stewart. Stewart. I'm a photographer. May I take a picture of you and your little boy?
　　Matha:What's it for?
　　Richard:It's for a book.
　　Matha:You're writing a book?
　　Richard:It's a book of pictures. I call it Family Album, U.S.A.
　　Matha:Oh, that's a nice idea. Well, it's fine if you take our picture. I'm Martha Vann.
　　Richard:Thank you. I appreciate your help.
