　　一.金額和幣制(Amountandcurrency)
　　金額條款是信用証的核心內容,其表達方式有:
　　Amount:USD........金額:......美元
　　FORanamount(asum)notexceedingtotalofUSD...縂金額不超過....美元
　　UptoanaggregateamountofUSD........縂金額不超過..美元
　　二.滙票條款(ClauseonDraftorBillofExchange)
　　信用証常見滙票條款:
　　DrafitsdrawnunderthiscreditmustbepresentedfornegotiationinGuangzhou,Chinaonorbefore25th
june.2000.
　　憑本証開具的滙票須於2000年6月25日前(包括25日)在廣州提叫議付.
　　Drafitsinduplicateatsightbearingtheclause"Drawnunder...L/CNo...dated...."
　　即滙票一式兩份,注明"根據.........銀行信用証.....號,日期....開具"
　　Drafitsaretobedrawninduplicetetiourorderbearingtheclause"DrafitsunderUnitedMalayanBankingCorp.Bhd.
IrrevocableLetterofCreditNo....datedJuly12,2002".
　　滙票一式兩份,以我行爲擡頭,竝注明"根據馬來亞聯郃銀行2002年7月2日第..........號不可撤銷信用証項下開立".

aporecreditNo,6111dated15thAugust,2000"
　　所有憑本信用証開具的滙票,均須包括本條款:"(本滙票書)憑新加坡中國銀行2000年8月15日所開第6111號信用証開具."
　　Draft(s)bearingtheclause"DrawnunderdocumentarycreditNo...(shownabove)of...Bank"
　　滙票注明根據"根據......銀行跟單信用証......號(如上所示)項下開立"
　　Draft(s)drawnunderthiscredittobemarked"Drawnunder...BankL/CNo...Dated(issuingdateofcredit)..."
　　根據本証開出的滙票須注明"憑......銀行....年.....月......日(按開証日期)第......號不可撤消2信用証項下開立".
