“出入境手續”怎麽說？

公安部18日宣佈，從今年10月1日起，在全國對外開放口岸實行中國公民出境免填登記卡、中外旅客中轉過境免填入出境登記卡等12項措施，簡化出入境手續。那麽，“出入境手續”怎麽說呢？

　　Foreign or Chinese passengers who transit at a mainland airport for less than 24 hours on their way to another country will not need to fill in entry and exit forms from next month.

　　The moves aim to simplify exit and entry procedures in line with international practice and improve efficiency, a deputy director of the ministry's exit and entry administration bureau said.

　　報道中說，從下月起，24小時內在同一機場過境且不出口岸限定區域的中外旅客，將免填入、出境登記卡。公安部出入境琯理侷一位副侷長表示，免填出入境登記卡是國際慣例，此擧意在簡化出入境手續，加快速度。

　　這裡“exit and entry procedures”即“出入境手續”；出入境登記表可以說“exit and entry forms”。
