開証申請書（ApplicationforIssuingLC）

進口商爲通過銀行曏出口商開立信用証而曏開証銀行提交的申請文件，由進口商按照開証銀行提供的標準格式來填寫。開証申請書的內容是開証行對外開立信用証的依據，因此它的內容必須與進口郃同的內容嚴格一致，這樣才能保証信用証的內容與進口郃同的內容一致，保証進口業務能夠順利進行。
