台風“減弱”怎麽表達？

今年第16號台風“羅莎”7日在我國東南沿海登陸，沿海各省全力應對，上海特奧會賽程也爲此做出調整。那麽，台風“減弱”怎麽表達呢？

　　According to the Fujian provincial observatory, Typhoon Krosa hit land at Fujian Province, bordering Zhejiang, at 3:30pm with a wind speed of 33m per second and moved northwest. By 5pm, the typhoon's ferocity had decreased to the intensity equivalent of a tropical storm.

　　報道中說，據福建省氣象台觀測結果，台風“羅莎”已於周日（7日）下午15時30分在浙閩交界処登陸，17時減弱爲強熱帶風暴，以近中心風力33米/秒的速度曏偏西北方曏移動。

　　這裡“decrease” 指台風“減弱”；另外，“ease”,“downgrade” 都可以用來表達台風風力減弱。
